OUR STORY
STILLE was created by Brigid Hammond in Marlborough, New Zealand, a place shaped by light, space and a quieter pace.
A simple idea: to mark the end of the day with a small, deliberate pause. Something that sounds easy, until you realise how rarely we actually do it.
Moving from the city to the country changed my relationship with time. The evenings became quieter, the pace slower, and the transition from day to night something worth noticing. From that came the idea for STILLE.
I wanted to give the people I love something beautiful and considered, but also something they would genuinely use. I couldn't find quite what I had in mind, so I created it.
Every element of STILLE has been chosen for its material, weight and presence. The ceramic stone is made by McGlashen Pottery in Nelson. The night oil is blended by Wellington Apothecary in Wellington. The weighted linen eye mask is made by Do Not Disturb in Auckland.
Three makers. Three cities that have been part of my life.
One quiet evening ritual, Designed in Marlborough - made in New Zealand.
