How do I use the kit?

Begin with the oil. Warm two to three drops between your palms and inhale slowly. Pick up the ceramic stone and hold it in your palms, or rest it on your chest. Place the weighted eye mask gently over your eyes. Breathe slowly and rest.

Is STILLE made in New Zealand?

Yes. All three components are made by independent New Zealand makers — The Ceramic Stone by McGlashen Pottery in Nelson, the Botanical Inhalation Oil by Wellington Apothecary in Wellington, and the Eye Mask by Do Not Disturb in Auckland.

Is STILLE suitable as a gift?

Yes. The kit arrives in a debossed gift box, ready to give without additional wrapping.

Can the stone be warmed?

Yes. Place it in the microwave for one to two minutes, or submerge briefly in boiling water. It will hold warmth for approximately ten minutes — long enough for the full ritual. The ceramic absorbs and releases heat gently, making it comfortable to hold in the palms or rest on the chest. Always check the temperature before use — it should feel warm, not uncomfortable. Each stone is handformed by McGlashen Pottery in Nelson, so slight variations in surface and form are natural and part of its character.

What are the ingredients in the botanical oil?

Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Citrus Nobilis (Mandarin) Peel Oil, Osmanthus Fragrans Flower Extract, Aquilaria Crassna (Oud) Wood Oil, Eremophila Mitchellii (Buddhawood) Wood Oil, Kunzea Ericoides (Kānuka) Branch/Leaf Oil, Vetiveria Zizanoides Root Oil.

Is the botanical oil organic?

The oil is not certified organic. Each ingredient is selected for quality and purity by Wellington Apothecary, who blend the oil specifically for STILLE in Wellington.

How long does the oil last?

The botanical oil has a shelf life of 24 months unopened, and 12 months once opened. With regular nightly use, a 15ml bottle lasts approximately 30 to 60 days. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Can I buy a refill?

Yes. The botanical oil is available as a standalone refill at $55 NZD from the STILLE website.

How do I care for the eye mask?

Spot clean only with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash or submerge in water. If the mask becomes wet, allow it to air dry fully — ideally in the sun or with a dehumidifier. Do not microwave the mask if it is damp or wet.

Can the eye mask be warmed?

Yes. Place it in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds. Always check the temperature before placing over your eyes, and ensure the mask is completely dry before microwaving.

Can I buy the components separately?

The botanical oil is available as a standalone refill. Everything else is sold as part of the complete kit only.

Do you ship internationally?
